IMPORTANT - FEE SYSTEM & STUDIO POLICY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Dear Students / Parents,
This message is to clearly explain our Fee System and Studio Rules.

1. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM:

Our fee is a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE, charged from the 1st to the 1st of every month. We DO NOT charge per class. Your monthly fee reserves your spot in the group.
Classes are held once a week (1.5 hours per class).
Due to holidays / studio closures, the average number of classes in a month will be: Minimum 3 classes - Maximum 5 classes.

This is a monthly package system, not a class-count system.

2. ATTENDANCE & MAKEUP POLICY:

This is a GROUP CLASS program, not private lessons.
It is the student's full responsibility to attend all scheduled classes.
If a student misses a class from their side, there will be NO makeup class, NO extra class, and NO fee adjustment. We cannot cover missed classes.

If in any month WE provide less than 3 classes from our side due to holidays/closure, we WILL accommodate an extra class to complete the minimum commitment.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you wish to cancel your membership, you MUST submit your cancellation request in writing BEFORE the 10th of the month.
Example: If you want to cancel for February, you must inform us before January 10th.

The month in which you submit the cancellation will be your last valid month. Your membership will NOT be charged for the next month.

4. REFUND POLICY:

Please note: Once paid, the monthly fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

We do not work on verbal commitments. Everything is mentioned clearly in writing in our Terms & Conditions. Please ask all your questions BEFORE registration.

5. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

Participation involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks and release Nachdi Jawani (Melanie, Dixie) from liability for injury, illness, or property loss occurring before, during, or after participation.
